Land Acquisition

 The starting point for any Logistics Park development is land, and we take care of our clients’ land acquisition requirements in full.

Based on the clients’ business needs, we will identify the right location where the logistics park should be developed. Proximity to industries and retail markets, connectivity to major highways, no entry rules, upcoming road networks and other infrastructure, cost of land, land use rules, permissible FSI etc. are some of the variables we factor into this.

Our services include:

  • legal due diligence 
  • getting the sale deed executed
  • getting the mutation of the land done in the client’s name
  • change of land use (if required)

Project management

  

Our hands-on approach to project management means that we take care of the project in totality and you don’t have to worry about any aspect of the logistics park development – from design to quality, from budgets to deadlines – we handle everything including construction, landscaping, office interiors, and warehouse fit outs.


Our extensive experience in developing warehouses allows us to design parks which improve the efficiency of your logistics operations. While optimising land use and project costs, we also ensure that we meet all government and safety regulations.


Our project management offerings include:

  • Selection and appointment of consultants
  • Getting building plan approvals
  • Getting other government approvals, including fire NOCs, environmental clearances, pollution control board clearances, NHAI permissions etc.
  • Tendering and appointment of contractors
  • Supervision of work through our on-site team of experienced project managers, engineers, and supervisors
  • Getting occupation certificates, electricity connection and other approvals at project completion stage 


Regular monitoring and visits by our senior management ensure quality and swift development of the space.

Office interiors

  Maintaining our high standards of quality and with a keen eye for detail, we design office interiors and deliver a fully furnished and fitted-out office. Everything from light fittings to chairs and pin-up boards are carefully selected and installed.

Facility maintenance

Once a logistics park is up and running, our facility maintenance team ensures all systems including firefighting, electrical, and plumbing are functional. In addition, our housekeeping teams keep the complexes clean and our landscaping teams take care of the upkeep of our well-groomed lawns and green areas. We provide both proactive and reactive maintenance and repair services that may be required in order to keep the logistics park going 24/7.

build-to-suit warehouses

  In case land acquisition is not the best option for the client, we also work with independent land owners to deliver build-to-suit warehouses according to the client’s specifications. 


Our services include:

  • identifying properties in the desired location 
  • negotiating the commercial terms and explaining the specifications of the required warehouse to the land owner
  • closely monitoring the construction with regular site visits and maintaining constant contact with the owner and on-site staff
